Bulldog Media Group Wins Growth and Achievement Award

On January 28, 2010, during its annual meeting, the Lake Area Improvement Corporation
(LAIC) announced that Bulldog
Media Group, Inc. was the recipient of the LAIC 2009 Growth and Achievement
Award. The
management team of Bulldog Media Group, Inc. was present to accept this
award.
During the last 10 years, Bulldog
Media Group, Inc. has built its company in the Madison community through
continued growth and diversification. Major changes and opportunities took shape
in 2009 when CreditSoup, Inc. underwent a name change to become Bulldog Media Group,
Inc. and officially launched two new divisions, Infusion Strategies and The RewardsRunner Network™.
The addition of the new divisions has created growth opportunities, not only in
the addition of staff, but for the company’s initiatives overall, which led to the
recognition received.
Under the direction of Bulldog
Media Group, Inc. President,
Darin Namken and with input and resources from Dwaine Chapel of the
LAIC and Russ Olson of Heartland Consumers Power District, The RewardsRunner Network™
has become a reality. The RewardsRunner Network™ has an online cash back shopping
site and is estimated to bring in an additional 25 employees to Bulldog Media Group, Inc. and the
Madison community over the next couple of years.

Bulldog Media Group, Inc. is celebrating 10 years in business! Operations began
for CreditSoup, Inc in a small home office. Fast forward ten years to a company
who has undergone a name change, occupies 6,000 square feet of office space, employs
a staff of 25, and continues to lead the field of online marketing.

network. Promoting new and well-known products through their strong base of affiliates,

The
Infusion Strategies division manages the lead generation, list management,
and customer acquisition efforts. Formerly under the CommissionSoup umbrella, the
addition of enhanced technologies, key personnel and marketing strategies has lead
to a separation and new division under the leadership of long time employee, Scott Delzer.

3, 2009 at the corporate office in Madison, SD. The Holiday Social allows for business
partners and community members to learn about the field of online marketing and
the services that

current staff.
Darin
Namken, President of
Bulldog Media Group, Inc. had several announcements regarding a new
name, new divisions, new staff, and new products. Mike Waldner, Division Development Director, is launching
The RewardsRunner Network ™ with www.RewardsRunner.com in beta
testing expecting a full launch before Christmas. Infusion Strategies is under
the management of
Scott Delzer and consists of the List Management, Lead Generation and Customer
Acquisitions portions of Bulldog Media Group, Inc. Lisa Robson directs the operations of our longest running
division,
CommissionSoup, our successful CPA Affiliate Network. Camelyn Sims oversees all of the divisions as the
Operations Manager of

With the addition of new divisions came the decision to change the corporate name
from CreditSoup, Inc. to
Bulldog Media Group, Inc. Looking to the values and roots of the co-founders,
Darin
Namken,
Todd Knodel and
Chad Ekroth; being family-orientated and having a strong belief
in a solid education and solid community presence, the name was inspired by the
bulldog mascot of the Madison Central School District and ‘Media Group’ encompasses
the whole media company.
Two very new employees were added to the staff, Eric Backstrom has been hired as
the Marketing Manager and Autumn Rasmussen has joined the RewardsRunner™ division
as a Strategic Marketing Coordinator. "We are very excited about the experience
and professionalism that these two individuals possess," stated Namken. "We will
be putting their intelligence to good use."
Namken continued with announcements by stating "The newest product we will be marketing
will be our own prepaid card…The RewardsRunner Prepaid
Card." He stated, "Our financial experience and marketing expertise makes

CreditSoup, Inc. Announces Name Change and Launches New Divisions

Madison, SD - Our mission at CreditSoup, Inc. is to achieve and maintain a position
of unparalleled excellence within the online marketing industry. In order to more
accurately reflect our company’s broad initiatives in online marketing, we are changing
our corporate name to Bulldog Media Group, Inc.
Along with a new name, we have added the new divisions of The RewardsRunner Network
and Infusion Strategies. The RewardsRunner Network has been in research and development
for some time and is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2009. The RewardsRunner
Network will reward customers for every purchase made online through RewardsRunner.com
or a RewardsRunner Network branded site. This online shopping solution connects
and builds relationships with customers while creating new revenue sources for its
partners.
Infusion Strategies will formally organize the lead generation, data management,
and customer acquisition efforts that have been operating under the CommissionSoup
umbrella. The addition of key personnel, enhanced technologies, and additional marketing
strategies has led these services to experience substantial growth. The new division
will allow these opportunities to be available to other partners to provide strategic
direction and comprehensive solutions to their marketing efforts.
Camelyn Sims will continue as the General Operations Manager of all the divisions
under the Bulldog Media Group, Inc.Group umbrella. Long time employee Scott Delzer
will head up the Infusion Strategies division. Lisa Robson will lead the direction
of CommissionSoup, our successful affiliate marketing division. The RewardsRunner
Network will be under the supervision of Mike Waldner, who joined the company in
2008 to develop and manage this division.
